CHARLES R. BILLINGS

Charles R. (Chuck) Billings, 51, 1319 S. Water, died today at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at South Heights Assembly of God with the Revs. Gary Thiessen and J. W. Hocker officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Billings was born Feb. 11, 1939, in Sapulpa, and was a lifelong Sapulpa resident. He was employed as an inspector of McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Co., and former owner of Chuck’s Place. He was a member of South Heights Assembly of God.

He married Earldean Willson on April 15, 1958, in Sapulpa.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Ray Billings.

Survivors include wife, Earldean; mother and stepfather Lee and Lillie Pitts of Sapulpa; daughter Sherri Petty of Sapulpa; brothers Darrell Billings of Chouteau and Sam Billings of Sapulpa; sister Patsy Brookshire of Sapulpa; stepbrothers Melvin and Ronnie Pitts, both of Kansas City, Mo.; stepsisters Carol Fresen of California and Retha Johnston of Oregon; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services for Charles (Chuck) Billings will be 2 p.m. Saturday at South Heights Assembly of God with the Revs. Gary Thiessen and J. W. Hocker officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers will be Greg Bubniak, James Gressett, Leo Simons, Jack McKenzie, John Howell and Mike Frisby. Honorary bearers will be James Titus, Richard Adams and Robert Wilson.

Mr. Billings was preceded in death by his father Eldon Billings.

Survivors include daughter Mrs. Steve (Sherri) Petty of Sapulpa.
