MARUERITE V. BERNER
MOUNDS — Marguerite V. Berner, 88, of Mounds, died Thursday at St. John
Medical Center.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m., Monday at Atlanta Cemetery in Atlanta, Kan.
She was born February 14, 1902, in Ottawa, Kan. She came to Mounds in 1973 from
Shawnee. She was a member of the first Baptist Church Mounds.
Survivors include daughters Janiece Stinnett of Mounds and Wallene Annis of
Vacaville, Calif.; son John Berner of Houston, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 17
great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Marguerite V. Berner were today at the Atlanta Cemetery
in Atlanta, Kan., with the Rev. David Broddle officiating.
Mrs. Berner, a resident since 1973, died Thursday at St. John Medical Center,
Tulsa.
Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
