HERSHAL BENNETT

MOUNDS— Hershal S. Bennett, 74, Mounds, died Sunday at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 pm Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Mounds, with the Revs. Dick Knox and Dan Caldwell officiating.

Burial will follow at Mounds Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Bennett was born on Jan 6, 1917, in Creek County, and was a Mounds resident for 46 years. He was a retired oilfield pipepuller and a member of First Baptist Church, Mounds.

Survivors include wife Betty; son Shawn Bennett of Mounds; daughters Sandi Richardson of Mounds and Becci Willia of Claremore; brother John Bennett of Mounds; sister Loretta Smith and Monterey Wolfe, both of California, and Joann Hudgins of Sapulpa; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
