Susie Barnes, 87, of Sapulpa, died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Services are scheduled for 3 pm Wednesday at Mount Olive Baptist Church with the
Rev. H. T. Busby officiating.
Burial will follow at St. Johns Cemetery under the direction of Jack’s Memory
Chapel.
She was born Sep 5, 1904 in Louisiana. Mrs. Barnes was a member of Mount Olive
Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Barnes Sr.
Survivors include sons Simmie Barnes of Brownwood, TX, Bobby Barnes of Tulsa;
daughters Hattie HOLMS and Zelph FERGUSON of Tulsa, Thelma PANKEY of Sapulpa and
Wilma Jean ADKINS of Okmulgee.
The family will headquarter at the Pankey residence.
