Pauline Asbury, 70, of Glenpool, died Saturday at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Prayer services are scheduled for tonight at 7, in the Little Cussetah Baptist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Little Cussetah Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Little Cussetah Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Pauline was born August 2, 1922, in Bixby and was a life long area resident. She was a member of the Little Cussetah Baptist Church where she was very active teaching several Sunday School classes and holding many church offices.

Survivors include a daughter, Allice Asbury of Norman; a son, Don Asbury, also of Norman; sisters, Juanita Wilson of Tulsa, Anna Mae Fox and Martha Lou fox, both of Sapulpa.

The family will headquarter at the residence of Anna Mae Fox, 703 N. Ridgeway.

Funeral services for Pauline Asbury were held this afternoon at 2 pm in the Little Cussetah Baptist Church with the Rev. George Jessie officiating.

Burial followed at Little Cussetah Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers were Joe Bob Bruner, Herbert Fox, Wiley Washington, Mose Harjo, Doug Freeman and Kim Howard.

Honorary bearers were Philip Coon and Andy Chevez.
