Services for Mrs. Wiley (Mildred) Adams of Sapulpa will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Smith Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adams died Saturday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 20, 1909 in Sapulpa and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church and the Home Demonstration Club.

Survivors are her husband Wiley of the home; sons Donald Adams of Oklahoma City and Charles Adams of Sapulpa; daughters, Effie Bowman of Sapulpa, Sue Harrington of Springburrough, Penn., JoAnn Varnell of Sapulpa, and Mary Wells of Sapulpa; 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one sister, Effie Singleton of Sapulpa. She was preceded in death by a son, John Robert Adams, in 1967.
