Jasper W. ORR former Oklahoma City man, died in Alabama. He is from Maysville, Oklahoma where he was a bricklayer. Survivors include sons Jimmy, William, and Purl ORR. Grandchildren: Mrs. Lillie ORR Masoner, Jasper Henry ORR Jr.
Submitters Note: Jasper W. ORR born October 2, 1855 in Ardmore or Maysville, Oklahoma married Nettie HENSON died June 19th   1943 in Alabama. Living with son Paul ORR in Alabama at time of death. Body taken to Oklahoma for burial. Buried in Kolb Cemetery in Spencer, Oklahoma. Jasper Henry ORR changed his name to ORE. His birth certificate however was in the name of ORR. His lineage only was changed to ORE. Funeral Cards found in possession of Elsie May ORR after she died:
The Kolb cemetery is a non profit organization and is run by several trustees. The records they looked up had the following information that is in conflict with the information from the Funeral Home cards.Their information was as follows: Jasper ORR b.10/2/1855 d. 6/14/1943 buried 6/19/1943 Kolb Cemetery Spencer, OK. Nettie HENSON ORR b. 10/11/1861 d. 6/5/1937. They are buried in graves side by side in grave #184. The graves were purchased earlier by W.H.ORR and a Eugene ORR and they paid $12.50 each for them.
