I am herewith enclosing check for Twenty Dollars, rental or renewal fee in connection with the oil and gas lease to your two lots 1 and 2 Block & Original Town site of Maramec, which lease you made to me under date of May 28, 1920, the above sum now being paid you under the terms of said lease being due you on or before November 28, 1920.
