Custer County: Butler
The Butler Herald

Mrs. Elizabeth JONES, who lived with her son, Jake JONES, between
Butler and Arapaho, died Saturday night of a paralytic stroke. She was 86
years old. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon conducted by Rev.
Pickens and the internment took place at the Stafford cemetery.
Mrs. JONES was the mother of ten children, 6 of whom are still living. Those
living in Custer Co., are: Mrs. Frank APPLEGATE, Jake, Dade and John Jones.
The children and other relatives have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
