Jno. McFARLAND of Ada, was around looking at the Hart oil well.

W.C. ROLAND says he is about ready for an auto, as he expects oil soon.

The casings arrived Sunday night for the oil will being drilled at Hart. The men are busy and getting along nicely and we kindly ask Ada, Roff and other towns to not intrude, for this oil well is drilled at Hart, so please stay in your own territory. "See" and keep hands off.

Mrs. Tom PORTER has been very low the past week with pneumonia but is improving.

Notice is hereby given that whereas heretofore and on the 18th day of January 1916, the District Court of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma rendered judgment against the defendants M.C. VAUGHAN and Blanche VAUGHAN decreeing foreclosure of mortgage on the premises hereinafter described, and whereas on the 29th day of February, 1916, an execution and order of sale was issued out of said Court directing me to levy on and sell said hereinafter described real estate, after having same appraised and whereas on the 6th day of March, 1916, I did levy on and have said real estate appraised as by law provided. Public aucion in front of the Court House in the City of Ada. Oklahoma, on the 10th day of April, 1916.
