The Woman in the picture is Bertha Fern Hillard Anspaugh before her marriage, I believe. Bertha was thw daughter of Ellsworth Ervin Hillard,
she was b. 3 Nov. 1893 in Williams Co., Ohio and died 13 May 1976 in Williams County. Bertha married Elwood Elsworth Anspaugh on
22 Oct. 1912 in Williams Co., Ohio. Elwood was b. 16 Sept. 1890 and died 24 July 1954 in Williams Co., Ohio. Elwood and Bertha are
buried in the Floral Garden Cemetery in Pioneer, Williams, Ohio. I have them with two childre; Wilma Lucille Anspaugh b. 27 April 1914.
