Two young men were drowned in Shaker Pond, last Thursday.
They were skating on the ice, when it broke through and they went under.
The bodies were recovered on Saturday last. They both belonged to the
Shakers.
As identified on the Union Village Death Record, these young men were: Albert McElheney 17 years old Washington Slaton 19 years old |
