James Carson Coffey
Apr 9, 1918 - Jan 8, 2008 Middletown, OH

COFFEY, James Carson, age 89, of Middletown went to be with the Lord at Atrium Medical Center on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. James was born on April 9, 1918 in Tazwell, TN, the son of Orlando and Orleana Coffey. The youngest of eight children, James was a veteran of the United States Army during WW II. He was an assembly worker for General Motors for 20 years, retiring in 1980. James attended Towne Blvd. Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers General, Emmet and Paris Coffey; sisters Lillie Dalton, Ella Carpenter, Delta Coffey and Elsie Jaynes. James is survived by Beulah Seal Coffey, his devoted wife of 64 years; daughter Mary Hall and husband John; son Tony Coffey and wife Faith with grandson Carson Coffey. Visitation will be Thursday, January 10, 2008 5:00 – 8:00 at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, January 11, 2008 at 10:30 am also at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Woodhill Cemetery.

Sandra Kay Coffey

Sandra K. Coffey, age 56, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan passed away on
Saturday, May 5, 2007 at University Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Sandra was
born on September 24, 1950 in Franklin, Ohio the daughter Robert and Pearl
(Roberts) Chasteen and had been employed as a nurseÆs assistant at Oakwood
Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Don,
Tony and David Chasteen; and two sisters, Lena McGuire and Shirley Napier.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd of 40 years; three daughters, Lisa
Callahan and husband, Dan, Judy Powers and Shawn Napora and Crystal Coffey and
Steve Briski; three sisters, Patty Powers, Phyllis Templin and Ruby Moore.
She also leaves 11 grandchildren, Jacob, Josh, Randy, Nicole, Daniel,
Matthew, Stephen, Megan, Ashley, Salena and Melinda. Funeral services will be
at 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at the Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North
Main Street, Springboro, Ohio with Reverend Don Clarkson officiating.
Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 to
8:00 pm at the funeral home.
