 Suit filed 6 Nov 1849 to partition 140 acres of land located in Sections 21 and 22, Township 2 Range 5.
Sheriff's sale ordered in October 1850 term of Chancery Court.
Land was sold at public auction to the plaintiff on 17 Feb 1851 for $3.542.
