- Eleanor "Ellen" Stuphen Hoff was a daughter of Reuben

- William and Ellen S. Dill and their parents are buried in Rose Hill
Cemetery, Mason, Warren County, Ohio
- Inserted in the Bible were two papers. One listed earlier Dill births.
The other listed Hall births.
- Location of the Bible in 1991 was unknown. A large framed picture
of the William Dill family was given to a descendant having the Dill
surname.
- Witnesses to the marriage of William Dill and Ellen S. Hoff were Mary
Ann Dill and John Hoff. Mary Ann Dill, William’s sister, later
married John Hoff, Ellen’s brother.
- William Dill’s age at death in the Bible appears to have been
altered from:
87 – 9 – 23 or possibly 87 – 7 – 23 to: 87 yr.
