MADRU ELECTED
Stephen Madru elected board Trustee of Catholic charitable organization -- Stephen A. Madru of Chillicothe is a newly elected member of the Board of Trustees. Madru is the long-time real estate broker and developer in Chillicothe. A graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in education, Madru serves as chairman of the Ross County Board of Elections and chairman of the Ross County Democratic Executive Committee. He is also actively involved with the Ohio Association of Realtors and serves on the Military Academy Review Board for the 6th Board for the 6th Congressional District. The Catholic Foundation is a charitable organization that solicits and manages endowments that provide funds for wide variety of community-based that solicits and manages endowments that provide funds for a wide variety of community-based projects and the people serves central and south central Ohio.
TWO SELECTED AS LIBRARY OFFICIALS
Lawrence W. Brown of Chillicothe has been elected to the Ohio Library Council Board of Trustees. The council's primary responsibility is to work towards maintaining the quality of Public Library services in Ohio. Library system and was past president of the Ohio Friends of Public Libraries. Randle Gay, also from Chillicothe, had been elected to represent the southeast region on the Ohio Friends of Public Libraries. Gay is the president of the Chillicothe/Ross County Friends of the Library.
