B. OF L.F.E. SOCIETY HAS CHRISTMAS PARTY
Mrs. Stella Oakes of Maple Avenue delightfully entertained the Ladies Society of the B. of L. F. and E. with ten members and six guests present. A Christmas party was an exchange of gifts, and baskets were filled for the needy. Games and contest were enjoyed and prizes went to Mrs. C. Erich and Goldie Mae Tyo, Refreshments were served concluding the evening.
SAW BALL GAME
Quite a contingent of the South Salem High school witnessed the basketball game, played at Columbus last Saturday between the Ohio State and Ohio Wesleyan Universities. Among those availing themselves of the opportunity were Prof. E.G. Shaw, Wilson Moon, George Smalley, Pearl Spooler, Dale (unreadable), George Edward and Dick Ware.
