VIVIAN ALICE GEORGE
Mrs. Vivian Alice George, 44, died at her home in the Omega community at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, following a six month’s illness.
She was born in Pike county on December 1, 1902; the daughter of Thomas K. and Emma Crabtree Claytor. Her former husband, Walter, died about seven years ago. Surviving are three sons, Norman Lee George of Omega, Thomas, at home and John W. George of Youngstown; a daughter, Mrs. June Burns of Omega; a half sister, Mrs. Violet Snyder of Columbus; and a granddaughter, Linda Lou George.
The body remained at the Boyer Funeral Home until noon Saturday, after which it was take to the Omega Methodist Church where services were held at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ernest Claytor officiating.
Burial followed in the Omega cemetery under the direction of A. H. Boyer.:
