DEATH CLAIMS BEN FARMER

     Waverly Resident Succumbs Tuesday to an Attack of Dropsy--Benjamin Farmer, 52, died at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday at his home in Waverly of dropsy.
      He is survived by his wife, Mabel Farmer, a daughter, Catherine Anne; two brothers, George of South Solon and John of New Holland and two sisters, Mrs. Emma Stully of Waverly and Mrs. Margaret Dalute of Lincoln, Ill.
      Funeral services will be held at two p.m. Friday at the Waverly Church of Christ in Christian Union with the Rev. Paul D. Ferguson in charge and burial will be made in the Mound Cemetery at Piketon under the direction of the A. M. Gregg Co.

Notes here: It is believed that Mabel's maiden name was Russell but so far, I can't prove that---Benjamin was b. abt 1882 to Benjamin Franklin Farmer and Mary Jane Steinhour---Margaret Dalute should read Dalluge not Dalute. She was a sister.
