MRS. MYRTLE VULGAMORE

     Mrs. Myrtle Vulgamore --Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle M. Vulgamore, 83, of Rt. 5 Chillicothe, were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov 28 at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Waverly with Rev. Raymond Welch, Chillicothe, officiating.
     Burial followed in Evergreen Cemetery here under the direction of the Boyer Funeral Home. Friends called at the funeral home Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.
     Mrs. Vulgamore died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov 25 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Sidney (Maxine) Fisher. She had been in failing health for several years.  A native of Pike County she was born on March 29 1886, a daughter of Michael and Mary B. (Frey) Farmer.  Her husband, John W. Vulgamore preceded her in death in 1945.  Surviving are six sons, Lawrence of Fourth St., and Richard of Morningside Dr., Waverly, Myron and Kenneth, both of Rt. 2, Waverly,  Leo of Rt. 5 Lucasville, and Floyd Vulgamore of Cleveland; three daughters, Mrs. Fisher, at whose home she died, Mrs. Harry (Louise) Burkitt of Westerville, and Mrs. Walter (Helen) Gorski of Cleveland; 20 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; one sister, Mrs. O. W. (Florence) Way; and a brother, Earl Farmer, both of Rt. 3, Waverly; and aunt, Mrs. Margaret Reick of Dayton; and an uncle, George Frey of Vine St. Waverly, and several nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Vulgamore, in addition to her husband, was preceded by one brother and one sister, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
