Mrs. Scharenberg is Dead
Mrs. Elizabeth Scharenberg died at her home in Chillicothe at 12:25 pm last Saturday. She was born March 19, 1843, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Gableman, of near Givens. Her husband, Levi Scharenberg, a former resident of this county, preceded her to the grave three years ago. She was a member of the United Brethren Church. Funeral services were held at the residence Monday morning, with Rev. J. H. Conkel officiating. Burial was made in Given Chapel Cemetery, this county. (Pike)
