"Bartholomew Fowler Deed Henry Thompson
Know all men that Bartholomew Fowler & Julia his wife of the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of twenty six hundred and fifty dollars to them paid by Henry Thompson of the County and State aforesaid the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged do hereby bargain sell and convey to the said Henry Thompson his heirs and assigns forever the following Real Estate: That certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in section No thirty four in the fourth Township and second fractional range in the Miami Purchase being part of a lot of land deeded to David Mills by Abner Mills dated the 20th day of April 1826 it being that part of said Lot that lies between the center of the road leading from Cincinnati to Montgomery & the line on the east side of said Lot (except a two acre lot sold by David Mills to Jacob Mills on the southend of said lot, and the incumbrance of a lot given to Erect a school house on which is erected) containing in all four acres more or less to-gether with all the privileges and apputenences to the same belonging. To have and to hold the same to the said Henry Thompson his heirs and assigns forever Hereby covenenting that the title so conveyed is clear free and unencumbered and that he will warrant amd defend the same against all claims whatever In witness whereof the said Bartholomew Fowler and Julia his wife have hereunto set their hands and seal & delivered in presence of
