Neck Yoke: The hame buckles around the horses collar and has straps that come down & snaps into the rings in the end of the neck yoke (one for each horse). The tongue of the piece of equipment (rake, mower, wagon, etc.) goes through the large ring. On the picture the yoke is red and is hanging upside down from its normal orientation when in use.
