Photograph of Eliza A. CONE (1814 - 1884). She was born in Ashtabula County, Ohio to Joshua & Nancy
Wing Fay CONE. In 1835 she married Abner CHAPMAN, Jr. in Ashtabula County, Ohio. They moved to
Lorain County where they lived the rest of their lives. They had six children: Marcus, Paul, Lucian, Francis,
Agnes and Fay CHAPMAN.
