Mrs. Sarah M. Baker Summoned by Death




Mrs. Sarah Moore Baker, died at midnight, Monday at the home of her son, Albert M. Baker, 702 Granard Boulevard. She had been ill four weeks.


She was 81 years of age, February 8, 1941, and she was born at East Brady, Pa. She came of Revolutionary ancestors and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Her husband Albert N. Baker, died in 1907.


Mrs. Baker had been a resident here for eighteen years. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and one of the ladies circles. Her death will be a matter of regret to friends.
