DEATH SUMMONS AGED RESIDENT

Mrs. Julia Neidengard Dies at Gill Hospital Friday Afternoon

Mrs. Julia Emilie Neidengard, aged 78, of 1020 Lincoln Avenue, widow of Henry Neidengard who was accidentally killed many years ago, died at the Gill hospital at 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon after an extended illness of a complication of diseases. Mrs. Neidengard was born in Steubenville on October 12, 1851, the daughter of the late John U. Odell and Jane Fisher Odell. SHe was married to Henry Neidengard on February 27, 1876. She was one of eight children, all of whom have preceded her in death, except two brothers, George A. of Salamanca, N. Y. and William E. Odell of Steubenville.
Mrs. Neidengard was a member of the FInley Methodist Episcopal Church and the Steubenville chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was widely known and had many friends and was highly respected.
Besides her brothers, she is survived by the following children: George H., Elinor J. and Clarence R. Neidengard, all of this city: and five grandsons, Raymond W., Henry E., John F., Carl A., and William.
The remains will be at the Elliott funeral home where they may be viewed by friends until Monday afternoon.
