Mrs. Guy Jacobs

Mrs. Fan Earl Jacobs, 83, wife of Guy W, Jacobs of 301 Braebarton Blvd., died Saturday in Ohio Valley Hosiptal.

Friends will be received at the McClave-Chandler-Mills Funeral Home, Steubenville, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. services Tuesday. The Rev. Mr. Pershing Pyle and the Rev. Mr. William McNell will officiate Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Jacobs was a member of the Fifth Street Methodist Church, the Steubenville Woman;s Club and the Fine Arts Department of the Club, the Daughters of 1812, Oak Twig, American Red Cross, Charter member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Steubenville and Williams COuntry Club.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Vander Veer (Rose Anne) Kirk of Chicago, and Mrs. John C. (Frances) Gainsford of Pittsburgh; a son, Guny W. Jacobs Jr. of Erie, Pa.;nine grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
