Edna Markle

Miss Edna H. Markle, 87, of 517 Madison Ave., who worked in the old Sulzbacher and Reiner's Stores before her retirement in 1926, died Monday in the Lancia Bursing Home.

Miss Markle was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. SHe was born Sept. 3, 1883, in Steubenville.

She leaves a brother, Robert L. Markle of Steubenville.

Friends may call at the McClave Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday; services there Thursday 1 p.m.; Rev. Mr. Robert T. Hall, DD; Union Cemetery.
