Be it remembered that I Samuel Enyart of Hamilton County Symmes Township being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be almighty God for the same make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and following that is to pay after funeral charges and debts are all payed give and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Enyart - the one third cash of my personal or movable property and I give to Benjamin my eldest son five dollars and to Lewis my 2nd son five dollars and to David my 3rd son five dollars at his return and if he does not return and if he does not return in four years to be given to his children, and to Joel my fourth son five dollars and to Jacob my 5th son Five Dollars and to John my sixth son Five dollars, and to Samuel my seventh son One Hors, Saddle and Bridle, the choice of Horses and also the Horse farm with the care of the mother during her life, subject to pay her ten dollars per year during her stay with him, and if either party becomes dissatisfied so that she must seek a home elsewhere then he must pay - or cause to be paid to the sum of thirty dollars per year and also the Rowan farm to be sold within (?) year and twenty five dollars to be given to Elner Enyart one of my granddaughters and twenty five dollars to be given to Stalley Ann another granddaughter the ????? arising from the same. After the charges are all paid to be equally divided between my four daughters and daughter-in-law, Nancy Betsey Elliot, Anne Rowan, Ocee Lackey, Phebe Mahan and Anne Enyart, and the two hundred ????? ????? movable property above named to be equally divided between my four daughter and daughter-in-law. And if Anne Enyart should fetch us a Bill against the Estate for service rendered during her stay in my family she is to be cut off from her share of dividend above named. And last I appoint William Harper and Samuel L. Enyart to be my executors.

of us who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed

names as witnesses to the same.

and Samuel Short, two of the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and
Testament of Samuel Enyart dec'd personally appeared in open Court and
were duly sworn according to law...........
