    Probated 3 Apr 1861

    In the name of Almighty God Amen, I Samuel T. Enyart of the County of Hamilton and the State of Ohio being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following:

    Item 1st. It is My will that after my debts and funeral expenses are all paid that Anna Enyart widow of David Enyart deceased shall have all my real and personal property of  which I may die possessed.

    Item 2nd. It is my will that if the said Anna Enyart has not prior to my death adopted Philben daugh (alias) Sara Edinfler* as a lawful heir she shall forthwith adopt her as an  heir equal with her granddaughter Rebecca A. Harris it being my will that they shall be the sole heirs at law of all that is left at the death of the said Anna Enyart.

    Item 3rd. I hereby nominate and appoint Robert Walker to be the executor of this my last Will and testament and hereby revoke all former wills by me made and solemnly declare this my last Will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty.

    signed in our presence by the testator Samuel T. Enyart who declared the Foregoing to be his last Will and testament and requested us to Witness it as such we have therefore in his presence hereunto set our hands and names this Fourth day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty.

    * Edinfler or Edinflen: I don't think this is correct, but this is what it looks like. May  be Eddingfield, Edingfield or Edenfield. This was the closest I could come. Does anyone have anything more on this?
