Services were held Monday at 2 PM at the Craver Funeral Home, Milford with burial following in Graceland Cemetery, east of Milford.

She was the wife of Harold Pennington, who survives, along with two children Harold Pennington, Jr., and Mrs. Mary Klosterman, of Silverton; her mother, Mrs. Lena Deininger, of Silverton;l two brothers, Louis Deininger, of Cincinnati, and John Deininger, of Dayton; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Ferry of Fayettesville, and Mrs. Christol Scanlon of Lynchburg.
