FERGUSON -- James D. Ferguson, of Salem, Mass., uncle of John A. Justis and Mrs. Kate Townsend, May 3, at his home, Brooklyn, N. Y., aged 84 years.

HELD -- Dr. Henry F. Held, husband of the late Carrie Ahlers Held, Saturday, April 30, 1921, at 11 p.m., in his 61st year.  Funeral from late residence, No. 1832 Race st., Wednesday, May 4, 15 10 a.m. [Lexington (Ky.) and California papers please copy.]

JOHNSON -- Johannah A. Johnson (nee Autenrieb), at 10 p.m., May 1, 1921, at her residence, 3100 Rogers st., Covington, Ky., aged 72 years.  Services at residence Wednesday May 4, 1921, at 1:30 p. m.  Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery.

LAIRD -- Dr. B. F. Laird, Tuesday, May 3, 1921, aged 74 years.  Remains at the chapel of Theodore Rose & Son, 637 Scott st., Covington, Ky.  Due notice of funeral.

LAGEMANN -- Gertrude J. Lagemann, beloved daughter of Bernard and Mary Langemann (nee Boerger), Tuesday, May 3, at 2 p.m., at her residence, 2863 Massachusetts av., aged 23 years.  Due notice of funeral. [Batesville (Ind.) papers please copy.]

MAERTEN -- Emma Teresa Maerten, Sunday, May 1, at her residence, 18 Sixteenth st., Newport, Ky., aged 56 years.  Funeral Wednesday, May 4, at 2 p.m., from the late residence, with services at Evergreen Chapel at 2:30 o'clock.

MARSHALL -- Louis I. Marshall, formerly of Convington, Ky., at Sawtelle, Cal., April 20, aged 85 years.

MOFFATT -- Joseph W. Moffatt, Monday, May 2, at Peoria, Ill., aged 85 years.  Due notice of funeral.

TRESISE -- Victor E. Tresise, beloved husband of Grace Tresise (nee Vance), Tuesday, May 3, at the residence 4700 Edgewood av., Winton Place, aged 58 years.  Funeral from the late residence, Thursday, at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
