This indenture made this
twenty ninth day of November 1801 between Amos Harris of the one part
and
Aaron Boram of the other part, both of the County of Hamilton and
Northwest
Territory. Witness that the said Amos Harris for and in consideration
of
four Hundred and Eighty Dollars to him in hand, well and truly paid at
or before the ??? and delivery hereof by the said Aaron Boram, the
receipt
on hand of the said Aaron (sic) Harris doth hereby acknowledge and
thereof
and therefore doth clearly acquit ??? and discharge the said Aaron

of the ?Section 25 in the 4th Township and 2nd Entire Range in the
Miami
