Marriage book for Joseph HIVELY to Samantha HASKINS 19 Dec 1895. I know this was m2 for Samantha. Samantha Rose b 1822 NY was m1 to Enoch HASKINS on 28 July 1841. They settled near Hicksville, Defiance Co. ca 1844, coming from NY. Enoch died in 1891. Samantha was 73 years of age at the time of this marriage to Joseph Hively & I suspect Joseph HIVELY was also about that age. Any information on the HIVELY family in Defiance Co. would be appreciated.
