Melinda (CODY) DEUEL,died in 1888 at Wellsville, OH, which I believe to be in Columbiana Co. He husband Joseph PUTNEY DEUEL, is said to died in Nabraska, but is buried in OH, which I take buried with Melinda. Is there Cemetery Record to prove where they are buried?? And is there any evidence (land owning, etc) or possible some history on them in your County?? He was said to be born 16 May 1800, he died 22 Mar 1872?? Blacksmith, farmer, roadmaster, school teacher, Justice of the Peace and town clerk, any evidence to him being there with this imformation?? Could there have been a Will for one or both of them??
