Searching for information on Rhodes who lived in Belmont County, Ohio in the early 1800's. Is Sarah, Rebecah, and Julia Ann Rhodes sisters? All three are married in Belmont County, Ohio, a few years apart. Sarah Rhodes married, April 26, 1827, to William White. Rebecah H. Rhodes married, March 18, 1819, to Henry Booth. Julia Ann Rhodes married, December 29, 1822, to Joseph Smith. I am not sure, but I think John Rhodes is the father of Julia Ann Rhodes. The reason I believe this is because Joseph Smith and John Rhodes are living in Belmont County, Wheeling Township, in the 1820 Ohio Census. Also, Julia Ann and Joseph Smith, name their second son John Rhodes Smith. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Samuel & Mary settled in Monroe/Noble Co OH. They may have lived in the Brownsville area of Belmont Co. I find Brownsville listed as a Historical site.
