DANIELS-OBITUARY-Mrs. Elizabeth Doran Daniels, at one time a resident of this city, died at her home in Washington, D.C., yesterday. The deceased had been an invalid for two years. She was the daughter of the late Philip S. Dorlon and a sister of Alderman Elias G. Dorlon. Mrs. Daniels possessed the esteem of numerous friends. She was a loving mother, a true friend and noble Christian woman. Mrs. Daniels is survived by a son, Paul S. Daniels, and a daughter, Mrs. Paul Ernest, both of Washington. The remains will be brought to Troy for interment in the family plot in Oakwood.

DEZENDORF-OBITUARY-The announcement of the death of Hon. J. F. Dezendorf at his home in Norfalk, Va., Friday was the cause of deep sorrow to the hearts of a large circle of friends and acquaintances, not only at Norfolk, but in Lansingburgh, his native place, as well. He was a man of marked individuality, capacity, independence and fearlessness, and more or less prominent in Republican politics in Virginia since 1863, being a member of the forty-seventh congress from the Norfolk district. He was loved and respected for his many sterling qualities of mind and heart and his uniform kindness and courtesy.
