697. Barbara Klock was born.

Barbara Klock and Daniel W. Clark were married on 1 Jun 1985 in Antwerp, Jefferson, NY. Daniel W. Clark (son of Robert H. Clark and Doris Martin) was born on 30 Sep 1953 in Potsdam, St. Lawrence, NY. He died on 23 Sep 1998 in Selkirk, Albany, NY. His obituary appeared on 25 Sep 1998 in the Watertown Daily Times of Watertown, Jefferson, NY, as follows: “Daniel W. Clark St. Lawrence Explosives. Theresa. Daniel W. Clark, 44, of 40210 Vrooman Hill Road, was pronounced dead Wednesday afternoon at Albany Medical Center at Selkirk. He suffered a probable heart attack while at a work site in Selkirk with St. Lawrence Explosives of Adams.
“Before becoming employed by St. Lawrence Explosives in 1991, Mr. Clark was a milk hauler and tractor-trailer driver. From 1974 until 1985, he worked for St. Joe Minerals, Balmat. At one time he was employed at the St. Lawrence University Stables, Canton. Following high school, he worked on farms in the Norwood and Norfolk area.
“He enjoyed hunting.
“Born Sept. 30, 1953, in Potsdam, son of Robert H. and Doris Martin Clark, he attended Norwood-Norfolk Central School. A first marriage ended in divorce. He married Barbara L. Klock on June 1, 1985, at Antwerp.
“Surviving besides his wife and his mother, now of Chase Mills, are three sons, Daniel II, Philip and Joseph, all of Norwood; a daughter, Nicole Clark, Norwood; a sister, Joan Clark, Chase Mills; five brothers, James and Randy, both of Norfolk, John and Thomas, both of Chase Mills, and Robert, Madrid; two stepgrandchildren, and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
“The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur, with the Rev. Alan D. Kinney, pastor of the Gouverneur First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oxbow Cemetery.
“Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.” He was buried in Oxbow cemetery, Oxbow, Jefferson, NY.
