- SUMMARY: An extensive collection of Conklin[g] family genealogical information divided into sections. The first section, "England", contains marriage license information from the 1600s for the descendants of John and Ananias Conklyn along with a map of the English Midlands. "Refuges from Long Island" contains photocopied information from Mather's "Refugees from Long Island to Connecticut" which describes the Conklin[g] family during the 1700s. "Conklin of Westchester" is a photocopy of Cranville C. MacKenzie's "The Conklin Family of Westchester." "John Conklin of Rye" is a photocopy from the "American Genealogist." "Salem and Exeter" is a photocopy of an article which provides evidence that John and Ananias Conklyn were involved in the glass industry. "Family of Conklin" is another photocopy from the "American Genealogist" entitled "The Family of Conkelyne, Conklin and Conkling in America," by Conklin Mann. "Conklin-Smith-O'Dell" provides information on the genealogical line of John Conklyn. "French and Indian War" contains information on Conklin[g]s involved in the French and Indian War from New York. " Bible Information" is a photocopy of the family Holy Bible published by Alexander Kincaid. "Revolutionary War-Orange County" is a photocopy of a listing of Conklin family members from Orange County who were involved in the Revolutionary War.
