R. Van Hoesen Dies at Home

     Rudolph Van Hoesen, 71, died at his home in Charlotteville June 17, 1958 after a long illness
     Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Charlotteville Methodist church, with the Rev. Robert Bowering, former pastor officiating, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Kishbaugh. Burial will be in Charlotteville cemetery.
     Mr. Van Hoesen was born July 19, 1886 in Kortright, son of George and Helen (Murdock) Van Hoesen. He married Maude Boughton in Warnerville June 28, 1923.
     He was a former road supervisor for the town of Summit and also served as town tax collector. He was a retired farmer. he was a member of Working Lodge, F & AM, Jefferson.
     Surviving besides his wife are a niece and a nephew and several cousins, four great niece and one great nephew.
     Friends may call at his home until noon Friday. Funeral arrangements are by Spickerman funeral home, East Worcester.
