Nellie Loucks obituary

Nellie Loucks, 80, of Middleburgh, died Tuesday, October 10, 2000 at
Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.
Mrs. Loucks was born May 16, 1920 in Middleburgh, and
had attended Middleburgh schools.
She had resided on Upper Sodom Road in Schoharie before
moving to Middleburgh. She was a homemaker for most of her life and had also
worked at the Schoharie Head Start.
She had attended St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in
Schoharie.
She was married to Thomas Loucks until his death on
March 29, 1980. She was predeceased by her mother, Elnora (Taulman) Loucks, and
her father, Walter Loucks.
Survivors include three daughters, Sherry J. Mickle of
Middleburgh, Lenora Westcott of Warnerville and Donna M. Reinhart of Crescent
City, Florida; two brothers, Clarence Loucks and Oscar Loucks, both of
Middleburgh; 26 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 14 at
the Langan Funeral Home, Schoharie.
Burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery, Schoharie. Fr.
Thomas Holmes officiated.
