LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARIA MILLER

In the name of God Amen, and the State of New York, at the age of seventy three years and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this is my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say: First, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son George Miller seventy-five dollars; to my son John H.Miller forty dollars, to my son Levi C. Miller fifty dollars; to my son Gilbert R. Miller fifty dollars ;to my daughter Margaret Marne fifty dollars; to my daughter Catherine Baker twenty-five dollars; to my granddaughter Eetie miller twenty five dollars. Second, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Noah Miller all the residue and remainder of estate of name or nature what so ever. Third, I hearby nominate and appoint my son Noah Miller executer of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me made; whereby I have set by hand and seal the 11th day of August one thousand, eight hundred and eighty-eight.

The Town Clerk's Office at West Fulton, NY show that Maria Miller died August 16,1888, also that she was the daughter of Chester Nemier and wife Margaret.

The Town Clerk's records at West Fulton, NY also show that John H. Miller died February 17, 1894 at Fulton, NY. He was the son of Robert Miller and wife Maria Nemier.
