     The community of Breakabeen was shocked on Thursday, Feb. 18th, to hear of the death of Rev. James H Rosecrans who had passed away with acute bronchitis.
     He was born in Berne, Albany county about 83 years ago. He was a member of the Christian church at Breakabeen which he attended and always took an active part. He was a man well liked and held in high esteem by all.
     His funeral was conducted Saturday at the Presbyterian church at 2 p. in Breakabeen, Rev. A. A. Martin officiating. Burial in the cemetery at that place.
