John Hoteling obituary

January 26, 1933

     John Hoteling passed away at his late home on Cliff Street, Thursday after a long illness, which had confined him to his home at the age of 84. Until a few years prior to his last illness he had been trade during his life time. He was a member of the M. E. Church and active and followed the carpenter was faithful in this attendance at services. He is survived by a widow and three children, Mrs. Preston Kennedy of this village, Frank Hoteling, Bert Hoteling of Schenectady, one sister Mrs. Wesley Campbell, a number of grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The funeral was held from his late home on Saturday at 2 o'clock. Rev. G. E. Price officiating. Burial in the Middleburgh Cemetery.
