Ina Keller Spencer obituary

Mrs. H. Archer Spencer
(The Middleburgh News)
May 29, 1924

Mrs. H. Archer Spencer, nee Miss Ina Keller of Sidney, Died May 20th, 1924, aged 26 years, after an illness of over three weeks from blood poisoning.
Mrs. Spencer formerly worked in the telephone office of this place, also In the office of Bates & Vroman. She afterward went to Sidney and there married Mr. Spencer, a young man of sterling quality. Mrs. Spencer, or Ina as she was more familiarly known, was of a happy joyous nature, greeting everyone with a smile and cheering word. She was loved by all who knew her as was shown by the many beautiful floral pieces (there being over sixty pieces) which came from far and near as tributes of the love and esteem in which she was held by those who knew her.
The funeral was held Friday at the home of Mr. Spencer, the father, at one o'clock and was largely attended by relatives and friends. It is sad for one so young with prospects of a bright and happy future before her to be taken away. Her death was a crushing blow to her husband and family. She is survived by her husband, her parents and three brothers: Daniel Keller of Sloansville; Lloyd Keller of Warnerville and Ivan Keller of Middleburgh, who mourn her loss with deepest grief and sorrow.
