     In the early hours of Tuesday evening, May 13, Frank Bellinger departed from this world at the age of 53 years with cancer of the bladder. For several years he had been a sufferer with stomach trouble and gravel, not knowing what was the real trouble until he had an examination at the Albany City Hospital, four weeks ago. There he was told that he had cancer of the bladder and that there was no hope for him. As soon as he returned home he was compelled to take his bed and his last days were ones of terrible pain and suffering, but he resigned himself to God's will and was loving and patient to the end, trusting in the God, his Saviour. During his suffering all was done for him that with loving hands and tender care by loved ones could do for him.
     A good share of his life was spent in the town of Wright. Twenty-six years ago he was united in marriage to Effie Posson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Posson. Besides his widow he is survived by six children, Harvey, Earl, Wallace, Helen, Florence and Mrs. Clarence Barber; also one grandson, Harold Barber. He is also survived by his aged father, George Bellinger of Gallupville; two brothers, Sidney of West Berne, Floyd of Altamont and two sisters, Mrs. Gains Schoonmaker of West Berne and Mrs. Walter Speerbeck of Schenectady.
His funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church at Gallupville, N. Y., Friday afternoon, at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. Mr. Madison of the Methodist church conducted the services. Interment was made in the Old Stone Fort Cemetery at Schoharie.
