It’s an interesting document for many reasons: His name is not on the certificate, although it lists his parents and his date/place of birth. Also, you’ll note that the County of Albany is crossed out to read County of Schoharie. The same is true with the Town of Rensselaerville, crossed out to read Town of Broome. Tonya Frickey
