     Funeral services for Charles F. Bateholts, 70, who died Wednesday at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, N. Y., after a two months' illness were held yesterday afternoon at 2 at the Baxter Funeral Home, Schenectady. Rev. Martin De Wolfe, pastor of the Second Reformed Church, Schenectady officiated.
     A native of Schoharie, N. Y., Mr. Bateholts who was a brother of Mrs. Ellen Iverson and Mrs. Irving Bullock, 73 Stratford Avenue, was employed in the publications department of the General Electric Company in Schenectady for 40 years, retiring in 1935 because of ill health. he was a former elder of the Second Reformed Church and a member of St. George's RAM. Besides his two sisters here, Mr. Bateholts is survived by his wife, the former Sarah Fortin, two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Morse of Schenectady and Mrs. Donald Gauper, Minneapolis, Minn., and two brothers, Franklyn B. of Ushers, N. Y., and Harrison B. of Schenectady, and two grandchildren.
