Cecil Diamond
Cecil Diamond, 51, Schoharie Hill,
died suddenly following a heart attack at his home on Jan. 14, 1968.
Mr. Diamond was a veteran of World War II and a member
of the General Electric Quarter-Century club.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Erma Diamond; two
sons, James and Michael Diamond; four daughters, Mrs. Howard Skinner, Mrs. Larry
Sharpe, Jane and Geraldine Diamond, all of Schoharie; a brother, Howard Diamond
of Schoharie; three sisters, Mrs. Virgil Cater and Mrs. Robert Varalla, both of
Middleburgh and Mrs. Harold Leader of Nineveh. Six grandchildren and several
nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the
Warner funeral home, Schoharie. The Rev. Robert Jackson, pastor of the Schoharie
Reformed church, officiated. Burial will be in the Middleburgh Cemetery.
