     Charles Bohringer of Middleburgh died Thursday night in the home of Henry Speckardt where he was taken after becoming ill while driving his car. He was born in Germany, but had been in the United States for many years.
     Funeral services were held Sunday in the Palmer & Shaylor funeral home by the Rev. Edward Weidiger, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran church, Cremation followed.
     Mr. Bohringer, 70, was a retired employe of the Railway Express Agency. he lived in Middleburgh for five years. He owned a home there for 28 years and spent summers there.
     Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Kayser; a daughter, Mrs. Albert Thurman of Cobleskill; a son, Carl Bohringer of Wantaugh, L. I., and three grandchildren
